CBRE is seeking a Regulatory Change Management Director to build and lead a risk-based program that ensures compliance with evolving regulations across its global operations. You will partner with Risk, Legal, Finance, HR, Operations, and Sustainability to design registers, assess impacts, and drive remediation plans.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree from a US institution; MBA or JD strongly preferred.
• Minimum 8+ years of relevant experience in regulatory compliance or change management, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience building and implementing regulatory change programs.
• Experience translating regulatory requirements into practical business actions.
• Strategic thinking with ability to drive cross-functional initiatives.

Responsabilidades

• Design, implement, and maintain a risk-based regulatory change program.
• Identify, assess, and track regulatory changes across jurisdictions and sectors.
• Develop and maintain regulatory registers and communicate changes to stakeholders.
• Lead, develop, and mentor regulatory compliance professionals.
• Collaborate with Risk, Ethics & Compliance, Legal, People, Digital & Technology, and Sustainability to implement actions.
• Establish governance, escalation, reporting, and oversight processes.
• Develop metrics to measure program effectiveness and drive improvements.
