Job summary

CRC Group seeks a Head of Compliance to provide enterprise-wide strategic leadership of regulatory and corporate compliance programs. You will partner with the General Counsel and senior leaders to integrate compliance strategy across CRC Group’s functions and business segments, ensuring best-in-class governance.

You will lead licensing, risk assessment, audits, policy development, training, and talent growth, while championing ethical conduct and regulatory excellence across all regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, Risk Management, Finance, Compliance, or related field.
• 15+ years of progressive experience in compliance, regulatory affairs, risk management, or related function.
• Deep expertise in regulatory requirements applicable to insurance and financial services.
• Executive-level communication with senior leadership and the Board.

Responsibilities

• Set the strategic direction for CRC Group’s enterprise compliance function across jurisdictions.
• Lead licensing, surplus lines, financial crimes, quality assurance, market security, and agency appointments.
• Partner with General Counsel and executives to identify and mitigate enterprise compliance risks; provide executive reporting.
• Develop and oversee enterprise compliance monitoring and audit programs; ensure remediation of gaps.
• Ensure CRC operations comply with applicable regulatory requirements in insurance and financial services.
• Lead development of compliance-driven policies and procedures across regions and units.
• Champion ethical conduct and compliance excellence across CRC Group; advocate externally.
