Job summary

NFI Industries in Olive Branch, MS seeks a Director of Warehouse Operations to coordinate regional administrative functions, enforce policy, plan headcount and mentor staff. This role reports to the Regional Vice President and ensures compliance with FDA-regulated healthcare industry standards.

The position requires extensive experience in warehouse and distribution management within medical devices, strong leadership, and proficiency with WMS, Kronos, and lean Six Sigma programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; professional certifications preferred.
• 10+ years in warehouse/distribution/logistics with 5+ years in medical device or regulated healthcare.
• Experience managing large-scale warehouse networks and 3PLs.
• Proven ability to measure against internal standards and safety programs.
• Working knowledge of FDA regulations (QMSR/21 CFR Part 820) and ISO 13485.

Responsibilities

• Set production standards and plan headcount based on labor cost and budget.
• Collaborate with internal leadership and teams across the company.
• Plan and support warehouse systems for order fulfillment, inventory control, and product traceability.
• Oversee inventory controls and product traceability to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Interact with key account customers as needed.
• Travel to other warehouses and participate in meetings.
• Mentor and coach regional staff; support performance evaluations.
