Genmab is seeking a Director of Real-World Data & Epidemiology Analytics to lead observational studies across diverse RWD sources, translating complex analyses into actionable insights for clinical development and market access.

You will partner with CORE leaders, mentor scientists, and shape governance for study execution while expanding AI-driven analytics and data infrastructure in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• PhD or Masters in Epidemiology, Biostatistics, Public Health or related field.
• 10+ years' experience in real-world evidence generation and epidemiology analytics.
• Expertise in observational study design and advanced statistical methods.
• Proficiency in SAS, R, and Python for real-world data.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Design, execute, and report observational and epidemiologic studies.
• Assess feasibility and data-source fit for study objectives.
• Conduct survival and economic modeling to support HTA activities.
• Manage study execution including analysis plan, programming, and QC.
• Present results to diverse audiences and translate findings clearly.
• Evolve data infrastructure and governance with cross-functional teams.
