Job summary

You will lead the team’s adoption of AI to reshape evidence generation, asset evaluation, and deployment of real-world data assets to drive patient impact.

The role requires deep AI fluency, executive presence, and a track record of delivering data-driven outcomes in a complex life sciences environment.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in health research, life sciences, data science, quantitative sciences, or a related field.
• 10+ years of real-world healthcare data, data strategy, market intelligence, or related consulting experience.
• Experience applying AI and advanced analytics in RWD, life sciences, or data strategy contexts.
• Proven ability to advise senior leaders in a complex life sciences organization.
• Deep expertise in RWD sources, data evaluation approaches, and AI-enabled data tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI-driven RWD strategy and identify AI opportunities aligned with BMS priorities.
• Develop executive-ready business cases for RWD investments, acquisitions, and licensing.
• Monitor global RWD ecosystems and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with Strategy, Data Product, Governance, and R&D teams to drive implementation.
