Job summary

Regeneron is seeking a Senior Manager, Real-World Data and Analytics to lead RWE work in oncology, delivering data-driven insights from real-world data. You will develop query protocols, implement analyses in SAS/R, and guide end-to-end study delivery while collaborating with vendors and research partners.

You will translate complex analyses into actionable insights for project teams and contribute to publications and scientific communications to advance cancer research.

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in a quantitative field with 2+ years of hands-on programming experience; or Master’s degree with 4+ years of hands-on programming experience.
• Hands-on experience with real-world data sources such as administrative claims data (e.g., Optum, Medicare, Komodo) and EHRs.
• Experience in oncology research and oncology-specific real-world data (e.g., Flatiron, ConcertAI).
• Advanced programming capabilities using SAS and R.
• Proficiency in survival analysis, propensity score methods, and generalized linear models.
• Experience with machine learning approaches applied to real-world data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to development of RWE queries, SAPs, and statistical analysis plans for oncology.
• Translate analytic findings into clear insights and communicate them to project teams.
• Support end-to-end RWE query and study delivery with hands-on programming and QC of analytic code.
• Evaluate and identify appropriate real-world data sources to address research questions.
• Contribute to scientific communications, abstracts, posters, manuscripts, and internal presentations.
• Coordinate with external analytics vendors and research partners.
