Qualifications

Advanced degree in health research, life sciences, data science, quantitative sciences, or related field. PhD preferred but not required.
10+ years of relevant experience in real-world healthcare data, data strategy, market intelligence, life sciences, or consulting.
Experience applying AI and advanced analytics in an RWD, life sciences, or data strategy context, including familiarity with generative AI, ML, or AI-enabled data tools.

Responsibilities

Lead AI innovation within the Real-World Data Strategy team and embed AI thinking across RWD initiatives.
Develop and present executive-ready business cases for RWD investments, acquisitions, and licensing.
Monitor the global RWD ecosystem to identify differentiated data sources and use cases.
Drive stakeholder engagement with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to translate insights into investments.
Identify and engage data providers and partners to build strategic RWD capabilities.
