EPM Scientific is assisting a leading oncology company in Princeton, NJ, to hire a Director of Real-World Data & Epidemiology Analytics. The role combines hands-on statistics with strategic leadership to design and execute RWD studies that inform clinical development, market access, and health policy decisions.

The candidate will oversee observational studies, select data sources, and apply advanced methods while mentoring a team of scientists and programmers.

Qualificações

• Master's or PhD in Biostatistics, Epidemiology, Public Health or related field.
• 10+ years of real-world evidence generation and epidemiology analytics experience.
• Deep expertise in observational study design and advanced statistics.
• Hands-on programming with SAS, R, and/or Python on claims/EHR data.
• Strong scientific communication and peer-reviewed publication history.
• Ability to translate complex analyses into actionable insights for stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Lead observational and epidemiologic studies designing, executing, and reporting analyses.
• Assess feasibility and select appropriate RWD sources (claims, EHR, registries, etc.).
• Apply advanced methodologies (survival analysis, regression, IPTW, MAIC, causal inference).
• Maintain hands-on analytics using SAS, R, and/or Python across RWD datasets.
• Develop study protocols, SAS/R/Python programs, and analysis datasets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on survival/economic modeling for HTA.
