Job summary

Genmab A/S is seeking a Director of Real World Data & Epidemiology Analytics to lead observational studies using diverse real-world data sources and to apply AI-driven analytics to inform clinical development and health-policy decisions.

You will collaborate with CORE asset leaders, mentor RWD & Epi scientists, and help define governance for study execution while scaling analytics infrastructure. Flexibility includes a hybrid work arrangement with on-site Princeton, NJ location.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in Epidemiology, Biostatistics, Public Health, or related field.
• 10+ years of real-world evidence generation and epidemiology analytics experience.
• Experience with observational study design and statistical methods (survival, regression, causal inference).
• Hands-on programming with SAS, R, Python on claims/EHR data; familiarity with AI/ML frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Design, execute, and report observational and epidemiologic studies.
• Conduct feasibility analyses and data source selection for studies.
• Lead survival and economic modeling to support HTA activities.
• Present designs and results to technical and non-technical audiences.
