Job summary

Bausch + Lomb is seeking a Director of R&D Global Portfolio and Project Management to lead a team of project managers and coordinators across a designated business vertical. You will ensure consistent execution of NPD programs, develop project valuations, and drive global registration and launch planning.

The role requires 10+ years in medical device/pharma project management, strong communication, and expertise in MS Project and Agile methods.

Qualifications

BS/BA in Science or Engineering required.
10+ years in Medical Device/Pharma R&D project management and leadership.
PMP certification is a plus; Agile methodologies preferred for software projects.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a team of R&D project managers and coordinators.
Oversee portfolio strategy, governance, and lifecycle management across Bausch + Lomb business vertical.
Mentor GPPM staff and drive cross-functional initiatives across R&D and the broader organization.
Ensure alignment of programs with strategic objectives and governance standards.
Manage budgets, resources, risk, and communication plans for projects and programs.
