Job summary

Epicor is seeking a Senior Salesforce Solution Architect to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions across Salesforce CPQ, Billing, Revenue, and related systems. You will lead architecture from concept through deployment and adoption, ensuring security, performance, and governance.

You will mentor junior developers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality implementations that align with platform best practices and industry standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent experience in CS/IT.
• 8+ years in Salesforce administration and platform development in enterprise settings.
• 5+ years supporting Salesforce CPQ or Billing solutions.
• Experience leading large Salesforce initiatives from requirements to deployment.
• Strong understanding of security, governance, and lifecycle management.
• Proven skills in business analysis, process mapping, and stakeholder facilitation.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions across CPQ, Billing, and Revenue.
• Lead architecture for end-to-end solution design and deployment.
• Design using declarative tools (Flows, validations, approvals) and custom objects.
• Identify gaps and recommend improvements aligned with best practices.
• Ensure secure, scalable, and high-performing solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members.
• Troubleshoot CPQ and Billing issues and stay current with Salesforce features.
