Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative field.
• 5+ years of experience in investment operations or related financial services support.
• Strong analytical capabilities with data quality controls.
• Experience with SQL, Python, Snowflake, or Oracle and related data/automation tools.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a transparent, consistent business operations framework across QRI.
• Forge strong relationships with research, technology, compliance, product, vendors, and internal clients.
• Drive prioritization and implement automation to reduce risk and increase efficiency.
• Develop understanding of quantitative investment processes, including data inputs, validation, and index methodology.
• Maintain workflow documentation and desktop procedures for consistency.
• Respond to evolving priorities while balancing risk, quality, and timelines.
