Fidelity Investments is seeking a Director, QRI Business Operations to support investment professionals in the Quantitative Research and Investments group. You will manage data validation, vendor relationships, issue management, and operations to ensure scalable, controlled processes aligned with QRI priorities.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative field.
• 5+ years of experience in investment operations or related financial services support.
• Strong analytical capabilities with data quality controls.
• Experience with SQL, Python, Snowflake, or Oracle and related data/automation tools.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain a transparent, consistent business operations framework across QRI.
• Forge strong relationships with research, technology, compliance, product, vendors, and internal clients.
• Drive prioritization and implement automation to reduce risk and increase efficiency.
• Develop understanding of quantitative investment processes, including data inputs, validation, and index methodology.
• Maintain workflow documentation and desktop procedures for consistency.
• Respond to evolving priorities while balancing risk, quality, and timelines.
