Job summary

Fidelity Investments Inc. is seeking a Senior Quality Control Analyst in Merrimack, NH to execute Defined Benefit controls and collaborate with business partners to design and implement improvements.

The role emphasizes data-driven analysis, regulatory awareness, and system proficiency (DBcs, XTRAC, CCW, WebView, FOCUS). Onsite work model is in effect as Fidelity moves toward a phased rollout, with some roles requiring full onsite presence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Finance or Business or equivalent work experience.
• At least 3 years of DB Calculation experience.
• Experience with Fidelity systems such as DBcs, XTRAC, CCW, Customer WebView or FOCUS preferred.
• Excel expertise for complex calculations and large data set analysis.
• Strong knowledge of the DB regulatory environment is preferred.
• Ability to take initiative to problem-solve and design improved processes and controls.
• Demonstrated critical thinking, intellectual curiosity, and a quality-focused mindset.
