Job summary

Fidelity Investments seeks a seasoned Director to lead Enterprise Technology Risk & Analytics oversight across Brokerage and Trade Management engineering. You will partner with engineering, operations, and risk leaders to proactively identify and manage technology risks, evaluate control effectiveness, and influence strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in technology risk management or related disciplines.
• Experience influencing senior executives and coordinating cross-functional initiatives.
• Deep knowledge of cloud native architectures, CI/CD, application security, and database management.
• Strong communication of complex risk to executives, risk committees, and regulators.
• Understanding of AI, ML, LLMs, data science, automation and governance risks.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/Engineering or related field preferred.
• Professional risk certifications (CISSP, CISA, CRISC, CISM) and/or Cloud certs (CCSP, CCSK, AWS) preferred.
• Strategic risk leadership for major technology transformations.
• Lead enterprise-wide risk assessments across cloud, cyber, data, AI, and OT domains.
• Advise on risk appetite, control effectiveness, and remediation strategies.
• Identify emerging risk themes and translate insights for leadership.
• Partner with Legal, Compliance, ER, and IA on regulatory and governance activities.
• Drive risk reporting, metrics, and analytics for board transparency.
• Develop and mentor risk professionals and foster a strong risk culture.
