Job summary

Oscar Health is hiring a Director to join our Provider Integration and Experience team. This role will drive the strategy, program design and implementation of initiatives to enhance our provider experience.

You will report to the VP, Provider Integration & Experience and work across functions to turn ideas into operational impact. This is a remote role open to residents of Atlanta, Georgia, with potential future hybrid options.

Qualifications

• 10+ years experience in healthcare strategy and operations
• 6+ years of leadership experience
• 3+ years leading large-scale cross-functional initiatives

Responsibilities

• Be a leader in provider engagement, relations, and strategy
• Set, drive and execute on strategy to enhance program value
• Partner cross-functionally to bring new ideas to life and drive accountability
• Manage key program initiatives and report health metrics to senior leadership
• Develop and grow direct reports and ensure professional development
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
