Amazon Web Services (AWS) seeks a Director for ProServe Growth Initiatives (AGI) to lead AI-powered modernization programs across thousands of customers. You will architect repeatable pathways, shape multi-year roadmaps, and drive executive-level transformations that reduce costs and accelerate cloud journeys.

You will oversee strategy, cross-functional collaboration, and financial planning while guiding partner ecosystems and delivery teams to scale globally.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in business development, sales, or customer-facing roles in enterprise tech
• 7+ years managing teams and multi-layered organizations
• Experience building and executing multi-year strategic plans with measurable outcomes
• Proven ability to engage C-suite and line-of-business leaders on transformation initiatives
• Experience with cloud computing, enterprise software, or technology services business models
• Background managing complex, multi-stakeholder programs across multiple teams

Responsibilities

• Define and execute multi-year strategy for AGI programs, scaling to thousands of engagements
• Engage C-suite and leaders on transformation initiatives with quantified outcomes
• Drive cross-organizational alignment to ensure seamless program execution
• Design scalable delivery models leveraging partner ecosystems with governance
• Lead multi-layered organization with clear succession plans and sustainable workload culture
• Own pipeline generation and management using AI-powered identification and metrics
• Make high-velocity decisions on resource allocation and pricing strategies
• Participate in long-range planning shaping AWS priorities
• Champion AI-powered business development tools and methodologies for delivery improvements
• Oversee financial planning, P&L, and compliance balancing growth and margin
