Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of a portfolio of complex integrated accounts and programs from intake to post-delivery evaluation.
• Lead project plans, timelines, scopes, budgets, risks and dependencies with active involvement.
• Drive day-to-day delivery across projects and resolve issues proactively.
• Translate ambiguity into clear actionable plans aligning cross-functional teams.
• Lead retrospectives and apply learnings to improve future delivery.
• Mentor and develop Project Managers and influence agency-wide best practices.
