Qualifications

• 6–10+ years of progressive experience in project, program or delivery management within an integrated agency environment.
• Experience leading large, multi-disciplinary projects with accountability for scope, budgets and timelines.
• Strong financial acumen with proven ability to forecast, burn, and profitability.
• Proactive leader who mentors others and partners with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of a portfolio of complex integrated accounts from intake to post-delivery evaluation.
• Define and manage project plans, timelines, scopes, risks and dependencies.
• Drive process excellence, standardization and resource optimization across teams.
• Lead and develop Project Managers through coaching and performance reviews.
• Partner with client and agency leadership to ensure delivery excellence and impact.
