Job summary

Publicis Groupe is seeking a Director of Project Management to own and lead a portfolio of complex accounts, actively managing plans, budgets and timelines. The role also focuses on mentoring PMs, driving process improvements, and collaborating with senior leadership to ensure delivery excellence across the agency.

The Director will apply strong financial discipline, scale operations, and maintain high-quality client partnerships while navigating a fast-paced, integrated environment.

Qualifications

• 6–10+ years of progressive experience in project, program or delivery management within an integrated agency environment.
• Strong financial acumen with hands‑on experience managing scopes, forecasts, burn rates and profitability.
• Proactive, anticipatory thinker who works ahead of risk.
• Strong collaborator with autonomous work style and principled tradeoffs.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented and calm under pressure with ownership.

Responsibilities

• Owns end-to-end delivery of a portfolio of complex integrated accounts and programs.
• Manages project plans, timelines, scopes, budgets, risks and dependencies.
• Leads project management best practices and contributes to agency processes.
• Mentors and develops Project Managers through hands‑on coaching.
• Acts as senior client partner with involvement in delivery planning and issue resolution.
