Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of a portfolio of complex accounts and programs from intake to post-delivery evaluation.
• Maintain project plans, timelines, scopes, budgets, risks and dependencies.
• Directly manage day-to-day delivery across projects and escalate issues when needed.
• Define and improve project management processes, templates and standards.
