Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in media planning/strategy across channels.
• Demonstrated experience leading and developing a team.
• Strong presentation skills for client meetings and proposals.
• Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint; comfortable with data.
• Experience with media systems such as Kantar, MOAT, Prisma, ComScore.

Responsibilities

• Strategize with internal leads, partner agencies and client to develop innovative, well-targeted marketing solutions.
• Review client deliverables for quality, ensuring recommendations are sound and viable.
• Own development of strategic proposals and client-facing POVs with cross-team inputs.
• Manage campaign planning for assigned client accounts and budgets.
• Foster teamwork, collaboration, and knowledge sharing within the group.
• Lead best-practice development for communication and collaboration across teams.
