Job summary

Landor is seeking a PMO Manager in our Chicago studio to direct strategy, governance, and day-to-day operations of the project portfolio. You will ensure projects are delivered efficiently, resources are optimized, and cross-functional teams are empowered to do their best work in a fast-paced creative agency environment.

The role requires PMP certification or equivalent, strong stakeholder management, and experience scaling PMO functions within brand or marketing teams.

Qualifications

• Experience leading or working within a PMO in a professional services or agency setting.
• Strong governance, portfolio management, and resource planning knowledge.
• Expertise with Jira, Asana, Smartsheet, MS Project, SharePoint.
• Excellent stakeholder management and data-driven decision making.
• PMP certification or equivalent credential; ability to scale PMO functions.
