Qualifications

• 10+ years in media agency, marketing, consulting, or related fields.
• Hands-on experience managing complex business development pursuits or pitches.
• Excellent storytelling, writing, editing and presentation skills.
• Strong project management with multiple stakeholders.
• Executive presence with exceptional communication and collaboration.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented in fast-paced settings.
• Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with critical thinking.
• Experience mentoring team members and leading cross-functional initiatives.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and collaboration tools.
• Desire to grow into broader BD leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end execution of Connected Media new business pitches.
• Translate growth strategy into project plans, timelines and deliverables.
• Develop pitch content to ensure quality and storytelling.
• Lead pitch workshops and presentation readiness activities.
• Identify risks and implement solutions to maintain momentum.
• Coordinate with BD, Strategy, Media, Data, Creative and other teams.
• Manage timelines, milestones and accountability across contributors.
• Serve as primary contact for Growth Leadership during pursuits.
• Partner with design teams for client-ready materials.
• Coordinate logistics, sessions, environments and final deliverables.
• Mentor junior members and share knowledge across the team.
• Maintain pitch templates, content libraries and processes.
