  • Monitor and maintain project progress according to key metrics including budget, schedule, resource allocations, issues, risks, and scope changes.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and ensure clear communication of program status to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Identify individual project resource requirements and portfolio resource capacity needed by working with functional leads to identify and assign individual project responsibilities.
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of project management framework (PDP and LCM) and tools.

  • Familiarity with regulatory pathways for LDTs and diagnostics (e.g., CLIA, FDA, IVDR) preferred.
  • Demonstrated success leading complex, cross-functional projects in a regulated environment.
  • Flexibility to manage any given changes within projects and the broader portfolio with an ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and comfortability in presenting to all levels, including the executive team, of the organization.
