About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled QA Lead with a strong background in Manual & Automation Testing, coupled with Agile/Scrum delivery experience. The ideal candidate will lead QA efforts across multiple product teams, drive quality best practices, and work closely with Scrum Masters, Developers, and Product Owners to ensure high-quality, timely releases.

Responsibilities:

QA Leadership

- Own the end-to-end quality strategy for assigned product teams
- Define and implement test strategies, plans, and processes
- Lead, mentor, and guide a team of QA Engineers
- Manage test execution Functional, Regression, Integration & UAT
- Maintain a balanced approach between manual and automation testing

Agile & Scrum Practices

- Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
- Collaborate with Scrum Masters & Product Owners for sprint deliverables
- Ensure QA activities are aligned with Agile delivery cycles
- Drive defect management, test reporting, and continuous improvement

Automation & Tools

- Drive automation strategy for UI, API, and Performance Testing
- Work on Test Automation Frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, etc.)
- Hands-on with tools like Jira, TestRail, Postman, Jenkins, Git, Zapier

Key Skills Required

Manual Testing — Expert
