Renewable Energy Systems (RES) seeks a Director of Project Controls to oversee the commercial and financial discipline behind its US EPC, T&D and Canada construction businesses. You will standardize controls, forecast labor, equipment, materials, and subcontract costs into reliable LEMSO forecasts and cash flows, communicating risk to executive leadership.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Accounting, or 8 years equivalent experience.
• Master’s degree in MBA/Business, Finance, Engineering, Accounting is preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in the construction industry, focused on project controls or financial planning and analysis.
• 5+ years of supervisory experience.
• Ability to travel 30-50%.

Responsabilidades

• Leads a team of senior managers, project controls managers and project accountants responsible for LEMS0 forecasting, tracking and monthly reporting across business units.
• Drives project budget compliance and ensures tracking, monitoring and accurate reporting of P&L statements and cash flows.
• Provides liaison between commercial, construction, and finance teams.
• Collaborates with Procurement to expediting subcontractors and suppliers.
• Oversees contract management, change management, and project forecasting processes; supports disputes.
• Works with estimating on risk and opportunity.
• Reviews Project Controls processes to ensure alignment with the Company BMS.
• Occasional site visits and travel.
• Ensures compliance with company policies.
