Job summary

Air Comfort, Inc. seeks a Director of Construction to oversee a regional portfolio of projects, leads data center campus teams, and drives financial performance, staffing, and operational excellence.

The role requires senior PM experience, field knowledge, and readiness for VP-level responsibilities including forecasting, budgets, and client relationships. The Director will manage project budgets, schedules, and subcontractors while ensuring QA/QC and compliance with contracted scopes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 15+ years construction experience required.
• Experience with Division 2-10 (concrete to finished trade).
• 3+ years Data Center experience required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and Project).
• Yardi, Procor and Prolog experience, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall schedules and lead regional market teams.
• Schedule subcontractors, consultants, and vendors to ensure timely completion.
• Perform quality control duties and ensure contracted scope compliance.
• Coordinate required inspections with local jurisdictions and safety standards.
• Maintain daily field log and supervise field superintendent duties where needed.
• Preside over weekly subcontractor meetings to coordinate work.
