Job summary

Our client in the Food & Beverages space is seeking a Director, Project & Change Management to drive the PMO and coordinate cross-functional transformation across the division. You will shape priorities, report on risks and expected outcomes, and align senior leaders on initiatives.

You will design the operating cadence, lead communication strategy for major programs, and partner with executives to ensure successful change, while working remotely with US-based teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of leadership experience in program or portfolio management, change management, or business operations.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field; advanced degree or certification preferred.
• 5+ years of experience leading a PMO or similar governance function.
• Proven ability to advise senior executives and translate priorities into actionable strategies.
• Strong communication skills to convey complex strategies clearly and effectively.

Responsibilities

For our client, we are seeking a Director, Project & Change Management to join the team of a leader in the Food & Beverages space.

This role will drive project management and strategic coordination across a division, helping bring clarity to priorities, risks, and expected outcomes. The Director will serve as a central point of alignment for cross-functional transformation efforts and will shape the operating cadence for senior leaders. The position also plays a key role in setting communication strategy for major initiatives and organizational change.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $135,000 – $160,000 annually
