Job summary

Valeris is seeking a Program Manager to serve as the primary client relationship manager and ensure effective program execution and financial oversight. The role requires building domain expertise in therapeutic areas, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and driving data-driven recommendations to maximize program performance and brand value.

You will lead weekly client touchpoints, monitor claims and enrollments, and manage SOWs, budgets, and quarterly audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with concentration in business, accounting, marketing and/or healthcare, or pharmaceutical industry.
• 3-4 years of project or program management experience.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Word, Access, OneNote).
• Organized and detail-oriented with effective time management skills.
• Budget management and/or financial accounting skills.
• Ability to travel up to 10% (local and out-of-town).

Responsibilities

• Lead client and internal stakeholder meetings to ensure project deliverables.
• Maintain a centralized meeting minutes tracker with decisions, owners, and due dates.
• Review program metrics such as claims, enrollments, and budget performance weekly.
• Coordinate accruals and quarterly audits; support year-end BRD renewals and SOW management.
• Provide mentorship and training to peers as needed.
