Job summary

BLOX LLC is seeking a Director, Program to lead a platform category (Data Center, Healthcare, Retail, or emerging building type) and its programs. You will own the P&L, drive capital and capacity planning, and stand up new markets with executive-level accountability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Data Analytics, or related field.
• Proven ownership of full P&L across multiple programs totaling >$150M annually.
• Experience presenting forecasts and corrective plans to Board/C-suite.

Responsibilities

• Own full P&L across all programs in assigned platform category.
• Lead capital and capacity planning decisions for the platform.
• Stand up new programs and building types with operational launches.
• Develop long-term client strategy and master agreement structures.
• Set and enforce performance standards for PM leadership and governance.
