Job summary

BLOX is seeking a Director, Program to lead a platform category (Data Center, Healthcare, Retail, or emerging building type) in the United States, with full P&L responsibility and oversight of Associate Directors and Managers. You will drive capital and capacity planning, stand up new programs, and shape long-term client strategy across markets.

You will set organizational performance standards, govern risk and project delivery, and represent BLOX to the Board, C‑suite, and industry forums,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field and 12+ years of program leadership experience.
• Proven ownership of full P&L across multiple programs and ability to present to Board/C-suite.
• Experience standing up new programs/building-type categories and leading cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own full P&L across all programs in the platform; present forecasts to Board and C-suite.
• Lead capital and capacity planning for platform: slots, hiring, facilities, investments.
• Stand up new programs and building types; define process, pricing, and baselines.
• Own long-term client strategy and multi-year relationship development.
• Set performance standards and governance for program management leaders.
