Job summary

BLOX Digital is seeking a strategic Director of Audience to lead Audience+—our paywall and audience monetization solution. You will define the product vision, prioritize investments, and guide development to grow subscription revenue and retention for media partners.

In this hands-on leadership role, you will translate subscription economics into technology that delivers measurable business value, align teams around priorities, and collaborate with engineering, design, and analytics to optimize

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in marketing, advertising, or related field.
Significant experience in product management and subscription growth.
Proven success turning early-stage ideas into launched products or revenue programs.
Experience owning a product roadmap and working with engineering/design teams.
Strong commercial judgment and ability to build business cases.

Responsibilities

Set the vision and roadmap for Audience+ and align with partner goals and BLOX Digital priorities.
Turn audience strategy into improved technology, including segmentation, metering, offers, pricing, and journeys.
Lead cross‑functional development with engineering, design, analytics, and other leaders; manage backlog and release plans.
Keep partner needs central by gathering feedback from customers, sales, and implementation teams.
Measure impact with adoption, revenue, engagement, and retention metrics and evaluate outcomes.
