BLOX Digital is seeking a Director of Audience to lead Audience+ and drive monetization for media partners. You will shape technology, prioritize investment, and guide product development to grow subscription revenue, engagement, and retention.

This hands-on leadership role requires deep understanding of subscription economics and strong commercial judgment. Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, design, and analytics, define clear outcomes, and translate partner needs into measurable

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Significant experience in product management, digital product strategy, subscription growth, audience development, or a related commercial discipline.
• Demonstrated success turning early-stage ideas into launched products, commercial offerings, partnerships, or revenue-producing programs.
• Experience owning a product roadmap, prioritizing development, defining requirements, and working closely with engineering and design teams.
• Strong commercial judgment, including experience assessing market demand, developing business cases, and evaluating financial potential.
• Understanding of subscription economics and the relationship between acquisition, pricing, engagement, churn, and CLV.
• Ability to interpret product and audience data, assess experiments, and translate findings into clear development priorities.
• Experience negotiating partnerships and working with senior decision-makers.

Responsabilidades

• Set the vision and roadmap for Audience+ and align development with partner goals.
• Own product strategy, prioritizing initiatives based on revenue potential and usability.
• Lead discovery for improvements to segmentation, metering, offers, pricing, and journeys.
• Advance experiences to reduce friction in checkout, access, renewal, and reactivation.
• Define outcomes for investments and communicate priorities to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, analytics on clear requirements and release plans.
• Maintain backlog and manage scope, sequencing, and tradeoffs across teams.
