HDR is a global design, engineering, and consulting firm focused on delivering sustainable water solutions. The Water Business Group seeks a Professional Services Director to provide executive leadership for technical quality, project delivery excellence, and professional practice across groups and regions.

Reporting to the WBG President, you will lead standards, risk management, and continuous improvement, while shaping delivery approaches and alternative delivery strategies for major programs

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience leading professional services, program management, and project delivery on large-scale programs.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for diverse audiences.
• Commitment to quality, continuous improvement, and HDR values.

Responsibilities

• Lead quality assurance and QC activities to ensure delivery excellence and project performance.
• Coordinate and mentor staff across technical and professional groups.
• Advance delivery strategies, risk management, and technology integration.
• Support recruiting, staffing, and development within the Water Business Group.
• Collaborate with operations, marketing, and technology leadership to drive outcomes.
