Abivax is seeking a Director of Professional Education to lead U.S. commercial peer-to-peer education programs that enhance HCP understanding of IBD and evolving therapies.

You will translate educational priorities into personalized and non-personal learning experiences that drive launch readiness and long-term brand goals. The role oversees content development, faculty readiness, and channel execution across live, on-demand, and digital formats, partnering with HCP Marketing, Medical Affairs,

Qualificações

• 8 or more years of relevant biopharmaceutical experience, including significant responsibility for thought leader engagement strategies, cross-functional initiatives, and program or budget ownership.
• Preferred: at least 3 years of leadership experience, including people management and multi-functional leadership within biopharma or healthcare.

Responsabilidades

• Develop an annual peer-to-peer education plan aligned with audience needs, learning objectives, faculty, content, channels and metrics.
• Lead in-person and live virtual speaker programs, regional meetings, and interactive expert-led discussions.
• Oversee non-personal peer-to-peer education such as on-demand expert videos and digital series.
• Coordinate content development, faculty readiness, channel execution and measurement with cross-functional teams.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory scope and align with strategic scientific communications priorities.
• Manage budgets, contracts, and education platforms; track timelines and outcomes.
