Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a Director, HCP Marketing - Medical Education and KOL Strategy, Alzheimer's Disease Psychosis to lead the U.S. KOL engagement, medical education programming, peer-to-peer activities, and congress strategy for the ADP program.

This role partners with Medical Affairs and Regional Marketing to drive compliant, science-forward external engagement. The incumbent will identify KOLs, manage speaker bureaus, own congress planning, and build a governance model for KOL

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of progressive pharmaceutical/commercial experience with KOL engagement and medical education.
• Experience leading thought leader programs, advisory boards, and speaker bureaus.
• Strong understanding of promotional review, regulatory, and compliance requirements.
• Ability to travel domestically up to ~25% of time.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own the US KOL engagement plan for ADP across multi-specialty HCPs.
• Build and manage trusted relationships with priority KOLs and thought leaders.
• Coordinate with Medical Affairs to ensure compliant, mutually reinforcing engagement.
• Plan and execute commercial KOL programs and peer-to-peer events.
• Own the end-to-end US congress strategy and execution for ADP.
• Manage budgets, governance, and performance metrics for medical education workstreams.
