Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, implementation, and continuous improvement of HCP curriculum and professional education programs.
• Own end-to-end curriculum development: needs assessment, objectives, content creation, deployment, and optimization.
• Develop content across instructor-led, virtual, e-learning and blended formats.
• Translate IFUs, product labeling, clinical evidence into compliant educational content.
• Identify educational gaps and develop innovative learning solutions to improve provider competency.
• Partner with Clinical, Medical, Regulatory, Quality and Commercial teams.
• Design, launch, execute, measure, and manage lifecycle of curriculum solutions.
• Measure learning effectiveness and continuously improve programs.
• Adapt curricula through multiple channels; work with sales/marketing to align initiatives.
• Coordinate events, travel, venue selection, and execution; track program budgets.
• Gather faculty feedback to refine education strategy and maintain product knowledge.
