Job summary

AbbVie is seeking an Associate Director for Consumer Marketing to drive launch strategy and go-to-market execution for HS indications. You will partner with Professional Marketing, Analytics, Medical, Legal, and agencies to develop unbranded and branded campaigns across varied channels.

The role leads portfolio strategy, patient-centric messaging, and digital to traditional media plans, reporting to the Consumer Director of Dermatology. A senior marketing background is essential.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required; MBA preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience leading cross-functional marketing initiatives.
• Strong project management and budgeting ability.
• Knowledge of media planning and digital marketing channels.

Responsibilities

• Lead launch strategy and go-to-market planning for new indications.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to execute marketing campaigns across channels.
• Oversee DTC advertising with a focus on patient education, awareness and acquisition.
• Manage media planning in partnership with AbbVie Media and agencies.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and cross-functional alignment of promotional material.
