Director, Product Strategy - DomaniRx, Digital & AI

Portfolio: Digital & AI capabilities within DomaniRx.

Location: Remote in the following states: Alabama, Arkansas, Arizona, Colorado, Connecticut, D.C., Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Iowa, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, North Carolina, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Nevada, New York, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Vermont, Washington State, Wisconsin

About DomaniRx: Revolutionizing the Pharmacy Benefits space with a modern, cloud-native, cloud-agnostic, and API-first approach that enables easy connectivity and an affordable tech stack.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Developing market insights, conducting market and competitive product intelligence
• Defining problem spaces and target audiences
• Formulating strategies and developing lean business cases
• Establishing KPIs, research plans, and performing cost-benefit analyses
• Creating roadmaps including vision, mission, strategy stack, and product roadmap
• Product planning: build/buy/partner decisions, product design, experience mapping

Agile Development:

• Coordinating with Agile teams and Product Owners to ensure alignment with go-to-market plans
• Providing consultation on delivery, development, and testing

GTM & Planning for New Products:

• Supporting sales with RFP responses and meetings
• Collaborating with marketing for value propositions and collateral
• Creating and delivering client demonstrations and support
• Working with pricing teams to develop pricing strategies
• Creating product bundling options and training materials

Manage:

• Post-launch product lifecycle management

Desired Skills & Experience:

• Healthcare experience, preferably with PBM
• Experience with digital transformation and healthcare technology automation
• End-to-end product management and business model creation skills
