Director, Product Strategy - DomaniRx, Digital & AI

Portfolio: Digital & AI capabilities within DomaniRx.

Location: Remote in the following states: Alabama, Arkansas, Arizona, Colorado, Connecticut, D.C., Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Iowa, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, North Carolina, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Nevada, New York, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Vermont, Washington State, Wisconsin

DomaniRx is revolutionizing the Pharmacy Benefits space with a modern, cloud-native, cloud-agnostic and API-first mindset that enables easy connectivity and an affordable tech stack.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Develop market insights, conduct market and competitive product intel
• Define problem space and target audience
• Formulate strategy and develop lean business cases
• Establish KPIs, research plans, and perform cost-benefit analyses
• Create product roadmaps, including vision, mission, and strategy stack
• Plan product features: build/buy/partner decisions, experience mapping

Agile Development & GTM Planning

• Coordinate with Agile teams and Product Owners to align development with GTM plans
• Support delivery, testing, and client demonstrations
• Assist in sales support, marketing collaboration, and client meetings
• Develop pricing strategies and product bundling options
• Create and deliver internal and external product trainings

Manage:

• Post-launch product lifecycle management

Desired Skills & Experience:

• Healthcare experience, preferably with PBM background
• Experience in digital transformation and healthcare technology automation
• End-to-end product management skills
• Business model creation expertise
