Director, Product Strategy - DomaniRx, Digital & AI

Portfolio: Digital & AI capabilities within DomaniRx.

Location: Remote in the following states: Alabama, Arkansas, Arizona, Colorado, Connecticut, D.C., Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Iowa, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, North Carolina, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Nevada, New York, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Vermont, Washington State, Wisconsin

About DomaniRx: Revolutionizing the Pharmacy Benefits space with a modern, cloud-native, cloud-agnostic, and API-first mindset that enables easy connectivity and an affordable tech stack.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Developing market insights through market intel and competitive product analysis.
• Defining problem spaces and target audiences.
• Formulating strategy and developing lean business cases.
• Establishing KPIs, research plans, and conducting cost-benefit analyses.
• Creating roadmaps including vision, mission, and strategic plans.
• Product planning: build, buy, or partner decisions; product design including experience maps and feature sets.

Agile Development:

• Ensuring development aligns with go-to-market plans through check-ins with Agile teams and Product Owners.
• Providing consultation on delivery, development, and testing.

GTM & Planning for New Products:

• Supporting sales with RFP responses and client meetings.
• Collaborating with marketing for value propositions and collateral.
• Creating and delivering client demonstrations and training.
• Working with pricing teams to develop pricing strategies and product bundling options.

Post-Launch Management: Managing the product lifecycle after launch.

Desired Skills & Experience:

• Healthcare experience, preferably with PBMs.
• Experience in digital transformation and automation of healthcare assets.
• End-to-end product management expertise.
• Business model creation skills.
