Director, Product Strategy - DomaniRx, Digital & AI

Portfolio: Digital & AI capabilities within DomaniRx.

Location: Remote in the following states: Alabama, Arkansas, Arizona, Colorado, Connecticut, D.C., Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Iowa, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, North Carolina, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Nevada, New York, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Vermont, Washington State, Wisconsin

DomaniRx is revolutionizing the Pharmacy Benefits space with a modern, cloud-native, cloud-agnostic and API-first mindset that enables easy connectivity and an affordable tech stack.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Develop market insights, conduct market intel & competitive product intel
• Define problem space and target audience
• Formulate strategy
• Develop lean business cases (living & breathing)
• Establish KPIs
• Create research plans
• Perform cost-benefit analysis
• Develop product roadmaps: vision, mission, strategy stack
• Product planning: build/buy/partner decisions, experience mapping (features, benefits)

Agile Development

• Coordinate with Agile teams and Product Owners to ensure alignment with go-to-market plans
• Assist with delivery, development, and testing as needed

GTM & Planning for New Products

• Support sales through RFP responses and meetings
• Collaborate with marketing for value proposition and collateral creation
• Create and deliver client demonstrations and support
• Work with pricing teams on pricing strategies
• Develop product bundling options for sales and account management
• Design and deliver internal and external product trainings

Manage:

• Post-launch product lifecycle management

Desired Skills & Experience:

• Healthcare experience, preferably PBM
• Digital transformation expertise
• Automation of healthcare technology assets
• Experience with PBM and pharmacy operations
• End-to-end product management skills
• Business model creation
