Company Overview

Responsibilities

• Develop market insights, including market intelligence and competitive product analysis.
• Define problem space and target audience.
• Formulate strategy and develop a lean business case.
• Establish KPIs, research plans, and conduct cost-benefit analyses.
• Create vision, mission, strategy stack, and product roadmap.
• Plan product features: build, buy, or partner; design experience maps with feature sets and benefits.

Development & Agile Practices

• Coordinate with Agile teams and Product Owners to ensure development aligns with go-to-market plans.
• Provide consultation on delivery, development, and testing processes.

Go-to-Market Planning

• Support sales with RFP responses, meetings, and client demonstrations.
• Collaborate with marketing for value proposition creation and collateral development.
• Assist in product pricing and bundling strategies.
• Develop and deliver internal and external product training.

Post-Launch Management

• Manage the product lifecycle after launch.

Desired Skills & Experience

• Healthcare experience, preferably with PBM background.
• Experience with digital transformation and healthcare technology automation.
• End-to-end product management skills.
• Ability to create business models.
