Location: Remote in the following states: Alabama, Arkansas, Arizona, Colorado, Connecticut, D.C., Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Iowa, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, North Carolina, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Nevada, New York, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Vermont, Washington State, Wisconsin

About DomaniRx: Revolutionizing the Pharmacy Benefits space with a modern, cloud-native, cloud-agnostic, and API-first mindset that enables easy connectivity and an affordable tech stack.

Responsibilities:

• Develop market insights, conduct market intelligence and competitive product analysis
• Define problem space and target audience
• Formulate strategy and develop lean business cases
• Establish KPIs, research plans, and perform cost-benefit analysis
• Create roadmaps including vision, mission, strategy stack
• Product planning: build/buy/partner decisions, experience mapping

Agile Development:

• Coordinate with Agile teams and Product Owners to ensure alignment with go-to-market plans
• Provide consulting on delivery, development, and testing

GTM & Planning:

• Support sales with RFP responses and client meetings
• Work with marketing on value proposition and collateral
• Create and deliver client demonstrations and training
• Collaborate with pricing teams for product pricing and bundling

Post-launch Management: Oversee product lifecycle management

Desired Skills & Experience:

• Healthcare experience, preferably in PBM
• Digital transformation and healthcare technology automation
• End-to-end product management and business model creation
