Position: Director, Product Strategy - DomaniRx, Digital & AI

Portfolio: Digital & AI capabilities within DomaniRx.

Location: Remote in the following states: Alabama, Arkansas, Arizona, Colorado, Connecticut, D.C., Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Iowa, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, North Carolina, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Nevada, New York, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Vermont, Washington State, Wisconsin

Responsibilities:

• Develop market insights, conduct market intelligence & competitive product analysis
• Define problem space and target audiences
• Formulate strategy and develop lean business cases
• Establish KPIs, research plans, and perform cost-benefit analyses
• Create vision, mission, strategy stack, and product roadmap
• Product planning: build/buy/partner decisions, experience mapping

Development & Go-to-Market:

• Coordinate with Agile teams to ensure alignment with GTM plans
• Support sales through RFP responses, client demos, and meetings
• Collaborate with marketing for value propositions and collateral
• Develop pricing strategies and product bundling options
• Create and deliver internal and external product trainings

Post-Launch Management:

• Manage product lifecycle post-launch

Desired Skills & Experience:

• Healthcare experience, PBM preferred
• Experience with digital transformation and healthcare technology automation
• End-to-end product management skills
• Business model creation expertise
