Responsibilities

• Develop market insights, conduct market intel & competitive product intel
• Define problem space and target audience
• Formulate strategy and develop lean business cases
• Establish KPIs, research plans, and conduct cost-benefit analyses
• Create vision, mission, strategy stack, and product roadmap
• Product planning: build/buy/partner decisions, experience map development
• Conduct POC, pilots, and assess scalability based on success criteria

Development & GTM

• Coordinate with agile teams and product owners to ensure alignment with go-to-market plans
• Support sales through RFP responses, client demonstrations, and meetings
• Work with marketing on value propositions and collateral
• Assist in pricing strategies and create product bundling options
• Deliver internal and external product training

Post-Launch Management

• Manage product lifecycle post-launch

Desired Skills & Experience

• Healthcare experience, preferably PBM
• Experience with digital transformation and healthcare technology automation
• Clinical product experience (e.g., pharmacy programs, eRx, ePA)
• Experience in PBM and pharmacy sectors
• End-to-end product management skills
• Business model creation and government programs experience
