Director, Product Strategy - Clinical, eHealth

Responsibilities:

• Develop market insights, conduct market and competitive product intelligence
• Define problem space and target audience
• Formulate strategy and develop lean business cases
• Establish KPIs, research plans, and perform cost-benefit analyses
• Create product roadmaps including vision, mission, and strategy stack
• Plan product features: build, buy, partner; design experience maps
• Conduct POC, pilots, and assess scalability based on success criteria

Development & Go-to-Market:

• Coordinate with Agile teams and Product Owners to ensure alignment with go-to-market plans
• Support sales with RFP responses, client demonstrations, and meetings
• Collaborate with marketing on value propositions and collateral
• Work with pricing teams to develop pricing strategies and create product bundling options
• Deliver internal and external product training

Post-Launch Management:

• Manage product lifecycle after launch

Desired Skills & Experience:

• Healthcare experience, preferably PBM
• Experience in digital transformation and healthcare technology automation
• Clinical product experience (e.g., pharmacy programs, eRx, ePA)
• Knowledge of PBM and pharmacy sectors
• End-to-End product management skills
• Business model creation and government programs experience (e.g., Managed Medicaid)
