About DomaniRx:

Revolutionizing the Pharmacy Benefits space with a modern, cloud-native, cloud-agnostic, and API-first mindset that enables easy connectivity and an affordable tech stack.

Responsibilities:

• Develop market insights, conduct market and competitor analysis
• Define problem space and target audience
• Formulate strategy and develop living business cases
• Establish KPIs, research plans, and perform cost-benefit analyses
• Create product vision, mission, strategy, and roadmap
• Product planning: build/buy/partner decisions, experience mapping
• Conduct POC, pilots, and scalability assessments

Development & GTM:

• Ensure development aligns with GTM plans through regular check-ins
• Support sales with RFP responses, client demos, and meetings
• Collaborate with marketing on value propositions and collateral
• Develop pricing strategies and product bundling options
• Create and deliver internal and external product trainings

Post-Launch:

• Manage post-launch product lifecycle

Desired Skills & Experience:

• Healthcare experience, preferably PBM
• Digital transformation and healthcare tech automation
• Clinical product experience (e.g., pharmacy programs, eRx, ePA)
• PBM and pharmacy experience
• End-to-end product management and business model creation
• Experience with government programs (e.g., Managed Medicaid)
