Director, Product Strategy - Clinical, eHealth

Location: Remote in the following states: Alabama, Arkansas, Arizona, Colorado, Connecticut, D.C., Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Iowa, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, North Carolina, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Nevada, New York, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Vermont, Washington State, Wisconsin

About DomaniRx: Revolutionizing the Pharmacy Benefits space with a modern, cloud-native, cloud-agnostic, and API-first mindset that enables easy connectivity and an affordable tech stack.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop market insights, conduct market intel & competitive product intel
  • Define problem space and target audience
  • Formulate strategy
  • Develop lean business cases (living & breathing)
  • Set KPIs
  • Create research plans
  • Perform cost-benefit analysis
  • Develop product roadmap: vision, mission, strategy stack
  • Product planning: build/buy/partner decisions, experience map (features, benefits)
  • Conduct POC, pilots; assess desirability, feasibility, scalability based on success criteria
Development & GTM:
  • Ensure development aligns with GTM plans and timing through check-ins with Agile teams/PO
  • Consult on delivery, development, testing as needed
GTM Planning & Support:
  • Support sales with RFP responses, meetings
  • Collaborate with marketing on value propositions, collateral
  • Create and deliver client demonstrations and support
  • Work with pricing team to develop pricing strategies
  • Create product bundling options for sales and account management
  • Design and deliver internal and external product trainings
Post-launch Management:
  • Manage product lifecycle post-launch
Desired Skills & Experience:
  • Healthcare experience, PBM preferred
  • Digital transformation expertise
  • Healthcare technology automation
  • Clinical product experience (e.g., pharmacy programs, eRx, ePA)
  • PBM, pharmacy experience
  • End-to-end product management
  • Business model creation
  • Experience with government programs (e.g., Managed Medicaid)
