Director, Product Strategy - Clinical, eHealth

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Develop market insights, conduct market and competitive product intel
• Define problem space and target audiences
• Formulate strategy and develop lean business cases
• Set KPIs, research plans, and perform cost-benefit analyses
• Create vision, mission, and strategic roadmaps
• Product planning: build/buy/partner decisions, experience design
• Conduct POCs, pilots, evaluate scalability based on success criteria

Agile Development:

• Coordinate with agile teams and product owners to align development with go-to-market plans
• Support delivery and testing processes

GTM & Planning:

• Support sales with RFP responses and client meetings
• Collaborate with marketing on value propositions and collateral
• Create and deliver client demonstrations and training
• Develop pricing strategies and product bundling options

Manage:

• Post-launch product lifecycle management

Desired Skills & Experience:

• Healthcare experience, preferably PBM
• Experience with digital transformation and healthcare automation
• Clinical product experience (e.g., pharmacy programs, eRx, ePA)
• Knowledge of PBM and pharmacy operations
• End-to-end product management and business model creation
• Experience with government programs (e.g., Managed Medicaid)
